3. Laser Tattoo Removal.
The use of lasers is a well documented technique for removing an unwanted tattoo. Over several treatments, the tattoo can be removed with some pain, patience, and a often a sizable amount of cash, as this is not the least expensive technique around. It's popularity though is due to how consistently it works. There is little second guessing involved using laser removal.
One final note is the use of cover up tattoos. If you have a tattoo you no longer want, consider that instead of paying for its removal, you can pay to have it covered up with a better tattoo. The techniques for covering up is likely better than you imagine these days, so talk to an artist to get their thoughts before making a decision either way.
