A fast way to ruin your skin is by smoking. Smoke is loaded with toxic substances and is not only bad for your health but will make your skin look old. Smoking makes your skin dry and ages it quickly. Try not to smoke if possible. Also smoking uses up valuable vitamin C which your skin needs.
Smoke is terrible for your skin. Even second hand smoke can lead to early aging of the skin. Smoke might even be as harmful as over exposure to the sun.
If you drink alcohol, you are causing damage to your skin. Drinking it increases the flow of blood to your skin's surface. Drinking is bad for your overall health and especially your skin.
