Aging and gravity are two of the primary reasons that cause our facial muscles to sag. These factors, however, cannot and should not keep us from wanting to look better.

Going for plastic or cosmetic surgery is not our recommendation for you. There is no need to blow thousands of dollars when there is something else that is well within your budget without the short-lived effects and dangers of surgery. Give face exercises a shot and be in awe at what it can do to your face in a matter of one month.

Our face is comprised of specific facial muscles that are connected to our facial skin and facial bones. The physical state of our facial muscles is what gives our face its own individual shape. Aside from gravity and aging, our genes and lifestyle also determine what kind of facial problems we have.

A lot of us want to know how to get rid of double chin without going under the knife. We can solve this problem by exercising our facial muscles regularly to shape our chin, jowls, neck and throat.

Doing an entire range of facial exercises, however, will also help reduce the appearance of a double chin. Lower cheek and jaw exercises, for example, will lift the muscles that are connected to the chin's platysma and mentalis muscles.

Fresh and raw vegetables and fruits should also be mainstays in your diet.
